Just looking back on my past experience, I can see that I have failed in so many ventures but the greatest moment of my business life was when a listened one of Anthony Robbins’ life mastery where he analyzed why problems are our friends and why every failure in our life is a lesson begging to be learn. Ever since then, I have always appreciated all my failures and absorb the lessons therein. I now know that in all everyday task, I certainly expect to fail but never give up until it is done perfectly right. I hereby share with you the 10 basic things you should do after you have realized that you failed.
- Take a Break: This is absolutely important, once you are doing the same thing but you can get the job done well or may be you have serially failed on a task. it is high time you stop and take a break. You can just go for leisure activities such as playing your video games, read your favourite book, listen to a calming music, watch TV, go for a walk alone or just do anything that relaxes you. the main aim is to take your mind off the issue for a short or long moment; let the frustration die down a bit. the failure may be as a result of you working too hard or you’ve been distracted (loss of focus), that could have contributed to your failure. The reason you need some quiet rather than going to the bar with your friends, is that you need to let all of those thoughts about the experience filter out of the crevices in your brain. You don’t need a distraction to mask what you just went through. Let it silently percolate.
