MLM Secret: How to Attract , Recruit And Retain Targeted Prospects (LEADERS) into Your MLM Business

Attraction Marketing: Attracting Leaders into your MLM business as a value driven leaderEven though more millionaires are being made every single day, there is still a pathetic and sad fact that remains in the world. Majority of these record breakers, game changers that are changing our world almost every seconds are Entrepreneurs. This is what I mean, if you look at most of the powerful individuals in our world today from politicians to film actors, directors, sportsmen and women, a world renown professional, they all have one thing in common; they all have an entrepreneurial mindset and make their values count by doing things in their own way of providing solution to the marketplace.

However, the sad thing is that there are still more people failing to make an impact in the business world than those breaking records. This sad fact that only 97% of people that owns a business (MLM OR non-MLM) succeed after 5 years. with more emphasis in the MLM industry, it can be said most people do not succeed because of the kind of mindset that they have which will never attract the right prospect to the business, especially when it comes to retention of their downline. looking at most record breakers (the 3%) in any industry or works of life, they all have the same secrets of creating an extraordinary results which the other 97% do not have; and that is their ability to implement the Leadership qualities. These qualities are what the principle of attraction marketing is all about; it helps to attract the right people into your business and guarantees a stronger downline retention rate in your business. These leadership qualities are a MUST for any MLM entrepreneur or home base business owner looking to become success (Remember, success leaves clues), I am going to share these leadership qualities (clues) to help you succeed in your business;

  1. Positive Attitude:
This is one quality every successful entrepreneur have, the ability to turn every problem into an opportunity, they always an attitude of overcoming every challenges in order to win and break records. They are always optimistic about every problems by visualizing their victory (solution) even before they succeed. Also, they never give up on their quest to succeed no matter how hard the challenge may be. Yo must always remember, the bigger the challenge, the bigger the success! Always show enthusiasm (passion) about your business and you will attract success to your business and life.
  2. Confidence
All successful leaders always shows confidence in their own abilities as well as people around them. They are always confident in what they do (their business products and services). One thing I have observed is that most people buy confidence in either a service or product. They just want to have the confidence that such product or service will serve them purposefully. Same in business, to win you must portray confidence in product, services as well as your team.
  3. Motivation
You must have the ability to get the best out of people if you want to succeed in business, remember to make it big in life, we all need to leverage the help of others and the only way you can do that is to be able motivate yourself as well as others to things that they will normally not do for themselves. This is the secret of getting an extra ordinary results, your ability to motivate for better results
  4. Open To Change
Most successful leaders love change which is something majority of people do not enjoy at all. Leaders are open to try new technologies, strategies, tools and resources on how to improve their productivity. This is called leverage. Most successful entrepreneurs are powerful at leveraging change to their advantage
  5. Continuous Learning new knowledge & skills
In order to keep up with change, most successful leaders invest their time, money and resources in continuous learning of new knowledge and skills, technologies, strategies, tools and resources. They are big investors in self development which is why they are pacesetters in their respective fields. The only difference between those who succeed and those who fail in business is their ability to master and implement new knowledge and skills to get better result.
  6. Keep Records
Most successful leaders keep record of what works for them in their business and strive to improve them to get better results as well as try to find the reasons why they failed and improve it for better success or avoid making same mistake again. This is known as split testing in marketing. To get better result, you must keep records of what works for you in your business.
  7. Have Mentors
Every record breaker or successful person always have someone that they learn from or look up to emulate. Whatever you want to achieve in your life and business, you must always remember that someone have achieved it. You can read more my post on “why you need a Mentor”

    Hi Kenny,

#4 is so key, it’s not even funny.

Be flexible. Really flexible. I have stopped on a dime more than once as a coach and it was super uncomfy at the time, but each turning point in a different direct was prospering. So tough to let go, until you learn to trust your intuition.

3 months ago I overhauled my marketing strategy 100%. It was an act of faith, and forced me to let go many limiting beliefs and fears surrounding my life, but it was instantly prospering. Be nimble, let go, grow.

    Thanks for sharing Kenny!

      Hi Ryan,
powerful testimony you just shared, this is something I strongly believed and has realised myself. To change for the better or trying to unwind some bad habit to improve can be very difficult especially when making a hard and uncomfortable result.

same as me, just few weeks I was making a huge commitment to overhaul my marketing strategies which will involves investment in new resources and training which I felt reluctant to pursue but still committed to do it, now just few weeks on I have seen a a huge improvement in my results.. great stuff! :)

Thanks for your lovely insight and comment !

      Kindest regards,
      kenny

Great info. I agree with Ryan. Number 4 is critical. It doesn’t matter how great the other numbers are, if you aren’t open to change – you more than likely will go nowhere. Learning new things and implementing them is critical to the success of any individual in this business or any other.

    Thanks for sharing.
